Prototype: DFW in Civ 6

This is a prototype for a project I've been imagining for a while now. I really like playing Civilization VI, and building cities is a challenging part of the game. Cities in real life aren't really as segmented as they are in Civ VI. Our cities don't fit a hexagonal grid, and districts aren't usually designated for a single purpose. The scale of a city in Civ VI is also quite different; a Civ VI city covers a much larger area in terms of geographic diversity, and there are much fewer of them. Still, I noticed that my hometown Dallas fits the bill in some ways, and I wanted to test just how well it fits. I made this program to test out my ideas, adapting code written for a previous project (most of the resources included in the export have nothing to do with this project as a result).

Dallas is a sprawling city, which helps the problem of scale a bit, and some suburbs or adjacent cities have easily identified focuses. For instance, the multitude of stadiums and amusement parks in Arlington seem to make it a clear choice for an Entertainment Complex. DFW airport to the north could be considered an Aerodrome, but it's not an air force base. If that were a requirement you could zoom out beyond the Metroplex to place the district on Wichita Falls for its Shepard Air Base. The Plano/Frisco area has lots of large corporations headquartered there, so I think a Commercial Hub district is fitting. Denton has UNT, so I put a Campus district on it. Aside from those, I sprinkled some Neighborhood districts around Dallas. At least on the scale I set the grid to, I don't have many other ideas. See the image above for a look at my attempt.

Dear Reader, please try your hand at this tool. Leave a screenshot if you want so we can compare our work! Eventually I would like to expand this tool to include other cities, though for that I'd need to upload more screenshots, allow the user to upload their own, or add Google Maps integration somehow...
